3.3.3 Attain coupling perfection through precise centering. Prior to alignment, ensure the following prerequisites:

7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (customer-provided) for alignment precision;
8) Have on hand the specified bracket for dial indicator support as illustrated below;
9) Secure the motor wheel hub with an appropriate bracket, positioning a dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, aiming for a maximum deviation of just 0.05mm on the outer circle.
11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, and meticulously reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Once the motor idling test is satisfactory, proceed by installing the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, anchor bolts should be tightened. After operational tests, it is imperative to re-loosen and retighten them for optimal performance.
3.3.5 Protect the high-speed impeller from any solid or liquid intrusion, as these can cause irreversible damages. It's crucial to align the compressor’s inlet and outlet pipelines with the specified steam corrosion grade. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines and consider installing solid-liquid separation systems before the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines. Ensure all relevant pipeline accessories are incorporated as per the PI diagram. Support the connected pipelines with an independent bracket, avoiding any undue load on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and ancillary equipment are securely installed, and the concrete has set perfectly, initiate the compressor operation test to validate installation integrity.
