Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is immaculately positioned on the foundational structure. Beneath the base, place wedge-shaped shims to expertly adjust the unit's level.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit reaches perfect balance, firmly secure the wedges with spot welds at 4 to 5 points.
The wedge, crafted and installed by the user tailored to specific needs, ensures seamless contact with the inclined plane.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity is meticulously capped at 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain flawless alignment. Unit leveling demands: axial precision of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal accuracy of 0.10/1000mm.
Achieving these specifications ensures optimal performance.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is paramount. Before alignment begins, ensure the following preparatory steps:
1) Disconnect the primary power supply completely;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling's intermediate segment;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, free from debris and foreign attachments;
5) Motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt diameter, allowing for strategic motor adjustments;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to precisely fit the motor's footing. Gaskets must be unblemished and thoroughly flat, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with exceptional accuracy of 0.01mm (customer provided);
8) Ready the support bracket for the dial indicator, detailed in the diagram below;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's periphery, ensuring the dial indicator probe touches the compressor wheel hub's edge;
10) By meticulously adjusting the motor feet's bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines precisely. Outer circle deviation must not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line superior to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face deviation should range between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts;
12) Following a motor idle test, reassemble the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of 'levelness' and comprehensive alignment, anchor the bolts securely. After mechanical or trial operations, loosen and re-tighten the bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-velocity component, must remain free of solid or liquid contaminants to prevent compressor damage. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with the steam corrosion standards for the inlet and outlet pipelines.
For pipelines not meeting criteria, rectification is imperative. Incorporate solid-liquid separation solutions like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Adhere to the PI diagram for pipeline accessory installation. Ensure that the compressor body does not bear the pipeline's weight, which should be supported by an independent bracket.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supporting equipment have been seamlessly installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, you can initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial phase will ensure optimum functionality and readiness for subsequent procedures.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure the wiring between the compressor and the control cabinet is meticulously connected via underground threading pipes. Once the cabinet is securely installed, expertly link the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet to the remote DCS lines, completing the system's integrity and efficiency.
