3.3.1 The compressor base should be precisely positioned on the foundation, with wedge-shaped shims placed beneath the base. These shims are crucial for adjusting the unit's level with meticulous precision.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled to perfection, secure the irons with spot welds at 4-5 strategic points for optimal stability.
The user should manufacture and install the wedges tailored to the specific context. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for consistent, even contact with the inclined plane.

3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve the utmost precision in leveling. The unit's axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level must meet a rigorous standard of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure the coupling is impeccably centered before proceeding with alignment. Confirm these critical prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply for safety.
2) Detach the coupling shield to facilitate access.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for optimal alignment.
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane to affirm it's free from any debris, dirt, or attachments.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for smooth adjustments.
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets. These should be impeccably clean and flat, avoiding the use of long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy) as prepared by the customer.
8) Secure a bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure.
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub’s edge, ensuring the probe accurately registers on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines precisely. Ensure the maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line; coupling end face deviation should be within 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts. Reassess the outer circle runout and the coupling's end face runout to ensure impeccable alignment.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section after a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are finely adjusted, secure the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten the bolts to maintain optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, is vulnerable to damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. Ensure all connected pipelines are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines and consider installing solid-liquid separation solutions, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with the appropriate pipeline accessories as detailed in the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipelines are supported by separate brackets to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 After the successful installation of the main fan and ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has fully solidified, proceed with the compressor operation test to confirm optimal functionality.
