3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base firmly on its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims placed beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling. These shims are crucial for maintaining the integrity and balance of the unit, ensuring a seamless operation.

7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, with precision of 0.01mm, to achieve the highest alignment accuracy. This equipment should be supplied by the customer.
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, ensuring stability during measurement. Refer to the accompanying illustration for correct setup.
9) Employ the motor hub mounting bracket for precise dial indicator placement on the wheel hub edge, allowing accurate readings of the compressor wheel hub.
10) Adjust the motor feet using adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. The maximum outer circle deviation should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Ensure coupling end face deviation is within 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review and confirm the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for assurance of alignment fidelity.;
12) After successful motor idling and testing, proceed with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been impeccably adjusted, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial testing, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure continued precision.
3.3.5 The impeller, a crucial high-speed component, must be safeguarded from any solid or liquid intrusion, as such breaches can cause irreversible damage. It is paramount to verify that all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculate and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines necessitate immediate rectification.It is strongly advised to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor's straight pipe inlet to prevent contamination.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure the installation of all necessary pipeline accessories in accordance with the PI diagram. Additionally, support the pipeline externally rather than relying on the compressor body for stability, preventing undue stress on the system.
3.3.7 Upon the completion of the installation of the main fan and its auxiliary components, and once the concrete has fully set, the stage is magnificently set for the compressor operation test. This critical step ensures that all elements are harmoniously working in perfect unison.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet for the compressor within an optimal 5-meter range of the compressor itself. The sophisticated wiring journey from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be elegantly encased in threading pipes that travel discreetly underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely settled, seamlessly integrate its wiring terminals with the distant DCS lines, ensuring a flawless connection.
