This process ingeniously transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature allows the steam to return to the evaporator, where it effectively heats materials and induces evaporation, achieving a remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, thereby optimizing resource use.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gently place the compressor base seamlessly onto its foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims under the base meticulously to achieve a perfect level for the unit.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, and once the unit is precisely leveled, expertly spot weld the wedges at 4~5 strategic points. The wedges should be
crafted and installed by you, tailored to your specific conditions, ensuring a smooth, even contact surface that impeccably matches the inclined plane.
Please note, the bearing strength of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Use a precision level to perfect the horizontal alignment. The unit's leveling criteria are: a flawless axial level of 0.05/1000mm and an impeccable horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal operation.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling centering. Before embarking on alignment, ensure these critical prerequisites:
1) Safely disconnect the main power supply to avoid any hazards;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling’s intermediate section for alignment adjustments;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring it's free of debris and contaminants;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts, allowing easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage, ensuring they are spotless and perfectly flat. Avoid using slender gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (provided by the customer);
8) Secure the dial indicator with a robust bracket, carefully following the illustrative guide below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning the probe precisely on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, achieving a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center slightly elevated higher than the low-speed compressor shaft, maintaining coupling end face alignment at 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the coupling's outer circle and end face runout to ensure precision alignment;
12) After conducting an idle test of the motor, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section for seamless operation.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are adjusted to perfection, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial, gently loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 Being a high-speed component, the impeller is sensitive to foreign solid or liquid entry, which could inflict irreversible damage. Ensure connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing this must be promptly rectified. It is highly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet, to safeguard its integrity.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring import and export pipelines are equipped with the proper accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline connected directly to the compressor must be supported independently, without burdening the compressor body with its weight.
3.3.7 Upon the completion of the installation of the main fan along with its supporting ancillary equipment, and following the full solidification of the concrete foundation, the highly anticipated operation test of the compressor can be conducted. This marks a pivotal moment in the journey towards operational excellence and efficiency.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure seamless connectivity by using threading pipes routed underground to link the compressor to the cabinet. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, proceed to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) lines, ensuring a robust and reliable setup.
