3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor's base entirely on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure optimal leveling of the unit.
Align two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedges by spot welding them at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The user should craft and install these wedges tailored to the specific scenario, ensuring a flawless contact surface (consistent contact on the inclined plane).
Keep in mind that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not surpass 40Kg/cm^2.
3.3.2 Utilize a professional level to ascertain the unit's precision. The leveling expectations are: an axial accuracy of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 The coupling must exhibit perfect centering. Prioritize these essential steps before initiating alignment:
1) Disengage the primary power supply.
2) Detach the protective coupling shield.
3) Remove the middle section of the diaphragm coupling.
4) Verify the flatness of the motor's installation plane, ensuring it is free from any foreign materials, dirt, or residues.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for bolt loosening to adjust motor alignment.
6) Gather an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets that can support the motor's foot. These gaskets should be free from contaminants and perfectly flat; avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm) which should be acquired by the customer.
8) Prepare a suitable bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying figure.
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for affixing a dial indicator to the wheel hub's edge, with the probe placed on the outer edge of the compressor's wheel hub.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet, ensuring that the compressor and motor center lines align closely (or follow the specific instructions provided). The maximum allowable deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm, and the motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should have a deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Upon completion, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess the runout of both the outer circle and end face of the coupling..
12) After conducting an idle test on the motor, proceed with installing the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's "levelness" and alignment are fine-tuned, secure the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial, loosen the bolts slightly and retighten them for optimal performance.
3.3.5 The impeller is an ultra-sensitive high-speed component; any intrusion of solid or liquid materials can cause irreversible harm to the compressor. Ensure the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines not meeting these standards must be upgraded. We strongly recommend incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee right before the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Install both the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary accessories as indicated in the PI diagram. The pipe linked to the compressor must be supported by a distinct bracket, ensuring no additional weight is placed on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete has achieved full solidity, you can proceed to conduct the compressor operation test. This vital stage ensures that all components work in perfect harmony, guaranteeing optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet with precision, ensuring it is installed within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. To maintain a seamless aesthetic and ensure protection, the wiring should be meticulously threaded through an underground pipe. Once the control cabinet is securely in place, establish connections between the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet and the remote DCS lines, facilitating a robust and efficient operational setup.
