3.3.1 To ensure the pinnacle of performance for your Steam Compressor with the robust Overall Base and state-of-the-art Guide Vane Adjustment Features from NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, securely position the compressor base on a steadfast foundation. Gently insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, adeptly utilizing them to align the unit to a perfect level, ensuring the utmost efficiency.
Skillfully arrange the wedge-shaped irons in a crisscross pattern. Once impeccable leveling is achieved, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedges must be custom-made and meticulously installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions, ensuring a flawless contact surface for even force distribution.
The contact surface must be superbly finished to guarantee uniform contact of the inclined plane. It is crucial that the wedge iron's load capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm2, to maintain the system's structural integrity.

Pipelines not meeting these criteria must undergo the requisite modifications.It is highly advised to implement solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet, to preserve the system's integrity.
3.3.6 Proceed with the seamless installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. It is essential that the import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary pipeline accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. To ensure optimal performance, the pipeline connected to the compressor must be supported by an independent bracket. This precaution prevents any unnecessary weight from resting on the compressor body itself, safeguarding its integrity and efficiency.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidity, you're all set to embark on the exhilarating phase of conducting a compressor operation test. 3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Employ a robust threading pipe to seamlessly connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Ensure that the routing is elegantly concealed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely situated, carefully connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a strong and dependable control link.
