Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base on the foundation. To achieve perfect balance, insert wedge-shaped shims under the base. These shims are key to adjusting the unit level flawlessly.
Carefully alternate placing two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld these irons at 4~5 strategic points for maximum stability.
The wedges should be precisely manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to your unique situation. Ensure a smooth contact surface for even distribution of pressure.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Use a precise level to ascertain the perfect balance. The leveling criteria are as follows: axial level precision is 0.05/1000mm, while horizontal level is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Precise coupling alignment is crucial. Ensure the following steps are meticulously followed before alignment:
1) Deactivate the main power supply for safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for any unwanted substances or dirt;
5) Verify motor bolt holes are adequately larger than bolts to facilitate adjustment;
6) Assemble sufficient stainless steel gaskets to flawlessly support the motor feet. Ensure they are flat and free of attachments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (customer-provided);
8) Prepare the bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Affix a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub, ensuring probe is on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust motor foot bolts to align compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm;

11) After adjustments, secure motor foot bolts, then verify the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts.
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 After fine-tuning the 'levelness' and alignment, tighten anchor bolts firmly. Post mechanical operation or trial run, retighten bolts for enhanced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, and any foreign solid or liquid will irrevocably damage it. Ensure the connecting pipelines are pristine and meet system steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require urgent rectification.
Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like gas scrubbers, before the compressor inlet for added protection.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Attach relevant pipeline accessories per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipelines are supported independently and not by the compressor body itself for optimal safety.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved full solidity, you may proceed to conduct the compressor's operation test.
