Centrifugal fans are adaptable to a variety of transmission methods, each tailored to specific needs: motor direct connection (A type) offers simplicity and reliability; belt transmission (B, C, E type) provides flexibility and ease of maintenance; coupling transmission (D type) ensures robust performance; and the sophisticated coupling transmission with an inlet box (F type) enhances efficiency. Notably, the E type and F type are engineered to be versatile, allowing for designs that include double suction fan types, thereby maximizing their operational capabilities and ensuring they meet diverse industrial demands.
Upon arrival of the fan, check whether all parts are damaged or missing, and any defects and deviations should be reported to Dart-Rich
as soon as possible.
1. For the fan parts delivered in bulk, some matching parts have been pre-assembled in Dart-Rich and marked before disassembly,
packaging and transportation, and must be installed on site according to the markings.
2. It is necessary to drive the transmission part before installation after the installed ventilator of the whole machine arrives at the site,
check whether the rotating parts are rubbed or jammed, and check the coaxiality of the coupling between the fan and the motor. If there are any problems, it is necessary to adjust and correct them in time.
