3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation. Skillfully slide wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to perfect the unit's level positioning.
Expertly alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring precision; once leveled, confidently spot weld the irons at 4-5 strategic points.
Wedges should be meticulously crafted and installed by users, tailored to real-world conditions, ensuring an impeccable contact surface.

3.3.2 Employ a level with masterful precision. The unit leveling demands: axial level precision at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal finesse at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment for coupling: Before commencing alignment, adhere to the following meticulous requirements:
1) Securely disable the main power supply;
2) Expertly remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is flawlessly smooth, free of debris, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) Motor bolt holes should generously exceed bolt size, allowing for effortless loosening and motor adjustments;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to perfectly fit the motor's foot, ensuring flatness without attachments. Refrain from using elongated gaskets for base adjustments;
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter, self-supplied, with a precision of 0.01mm;
8) Prepare the designated bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to precisely position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor hub's outer boundary;
10) By judiciously adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line to perfection, ensuring the motor's shaft center line is slightly elevated.
11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then verify and refine the outer circle runout and end face runout for optimal coupling.;
12) Complete the installation by reinstating the coupling intermediate section post-motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment are meticulously adjusted, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation, release and retighten for assured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands protection from solid or liquid intrusions which could catastrophically damage the compressor. Ensure cleanliness and compliance of inlet and outlet pipelines with stringent steam corrosion standards.Consider enhancing your setup with solid-liquid separation equipment (like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Ingeniously install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines should be outfitted with appropriate accessories per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline's weight is independently supported, sparing the compressor body from undue strain.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with all its accompanying equipment, has been seamlessly installed and the concrete has thoroughly solidified to ensure a robust foundation, you are ready to proceed with the eagerly anticipated compressor operation test. This critical step marks the transition to operational excellence, setting the stage for enhanced performance and reliability.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be positioned strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring from the compressor should be meticulously connected to the electric control cabinet using threading pipe routed underground, ensuring both safety and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is secured in its designated spot, it is essential to expertly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a seamless communication pathway for superior operational control.
