Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base on the foundation, and ingeniously place wedge-shaped shims beneath (utilized for precise leveling of the unit).
Artfully arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is adeptly leveled, skillfully spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. Each wedge should be
crafted and mounted by the user, tailored to the actual conditions. Ensure the contact surface is expertly finished to guarantee even contact of the inclined
plane. The load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain balance. The unit's leveling specifications include an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unparalleled stability.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Before commencing, confirm these essential prerequisites:
1) Disengage the primary power supply;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane for flawless flatness, ensuring it is devoid of debris, dirt, and any obstructions;
5) The motor bolt holes should be generously larger than the bolts, allowing for bolt loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Ensure you have a sufficient supply of high-quality stainless steel gaskets to accommodate the motor's foot. These gaskets should be pristine and perfectly flat, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustment between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (procured by the customer);
8) Prepare the requisite bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for affixing a dial indicator on the wheel hub's perimeter, positioning the probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer boundary;
10) By finely adjusting the bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines to near perfection (or per specific instructions). Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Achieve coupling end face precision of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 After carefully adjusting the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, diligently tighten the anchor bolts. Upon concluding the mechanical operation (or trial operation), methodically loosen and then retighten them.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion to avoid irreversible damage to the compressor. Thus, it is imperative to ensure the cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, meeting or exceeding the steam corrosion grade requirements of the system. Pipelines falling short of this standard must undergo immediate rectification. It is
highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. According to the PI diagram, import and export pipelines should be equipped with the necessary pipeline accessories. The pipeline linked to the compressor must be independently supported by another bracket, ensuring its weight is never borne by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supplementary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. Ensure every component is perfectly aligned for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For the electric control cabinet of the compressor, position it strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring connecting the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be expertly channeled through underground threading pipes. After securing the cabinet in place, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the control cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring seamless communication and control.
