3.3.1 Begin the installation by carefully positioning the compressor base firmly on its designated foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims strategically placed underneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the entire unit.
Systematically intersperse two wedge-shaped irons, achieving precise leveling. Secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 key points, ensuring steadfast positioning.
These wedges should be custom-fabricated and installed by users based on actual conditions. The contact surfaces must be meticulously finished for seamless interfacing of inclined planes.

3.3.2 Achieve impeccable leveling using a precision level. Adhere to stringent leveling standards: ensure the unit's axial level is 0.05/1000mm, while maintaining a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieving precise coupling alignment is crucial. Before commencing, ensure compliance with the following preparatory steps:
1) Ensure safety by disconnecting the main power supply;
2) Remove the coupling shield to gain access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for unobstructed access;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is impeccably flat, free from debris or foreign objects;
5) Motor bolt holes should exceed bolt size, allowing flexibility to adjust the motor with ease;
6) Amass sufficient stainless steel gaskets to firmly support the motor's foot. Ensure they are free of impurities and perfectly flat. Avoid inserting long, slender gaskets between the motor and base for adjustment purposes;
7) Deploy a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting 0.01mm precision (to be supplied by the client);
8) Arrange for the bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning its probe on the edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Skillfully adjust the motor feet's bolts so the compressor and motor center lines coincide, allowing a maximum deviation of 0.05mm in the outer circle (the motor shaft center line should be elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line), with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Upon completion, securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts for precision.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section, completing the process with finesse.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Post-installation, loosen, then re-tighten after confirming successful mechanical operation or trial runs.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain devoid of foreign solids or liquids to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines necessitate immediate rectification.
It is strongly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the meticulous installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for proper accessory installation, ensuring the pipelines connected to the compressor are independently supported, avoiding strain on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are securely installed with the concrete foundation fully solidified, it's time to embark on the exhilarating compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is running smoothly and efficiently for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor, ensuring seamless integration. Carefully connect the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet by threading it through underground pipes. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, diligently connect the wiring terminals to the lines at the remote DCS, paving the way for efficient and reliable remote operations.
