3.3.1 Begin by expertly positioning the compressor base securely upon the foundation. With precision, insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base. These shims are essential for fine-tuning the unit's level, ensuring optimal performance.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, leveling the unit precisely. Secure the wedges by spot welding at 4 to 5 points, crafting a robust foundation that supports stability.
The user is tasked with the fabrication and strategic installation of the wedges, tailored to the specific scenario. Ensure the contact surfaces are meticulously finished, achieving even contact on the inclined planes.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed a solid 40Kg/cm², guaranteeing reliable support.2).
3.3.2 Employ a level tool to achieve accurate leveling. The stringent leveling requirements dictate a precise axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for the unit.

3.3.3 The coupling process is refined to perfection. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure the following critical conditions are met:
1) Firstly, deactivate the main power supply for safety.
2) Proceed by removing the protective coupling shield.
3) Carefully dismantle the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is devoid of any extraneous substances, dirt, or attachments.
5) The motor's bolt holes are designed to exceed bolt size, allowing effortless adjustment by loosening bolts.
6) Stock an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage, ensuring each gasket is pristine and flat. Avoid using slender gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (customer-provided), boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, for exact measurements.
8) Assemble the support bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated, ensuring precise alignment.
9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket to position the dial indicator on the wheel hub's periphery, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Skillfully adjust bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, limiting maximum outer circle deviation to 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center surpassing the compressor's low-speed shaft.
11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, then review and perfect the outer circle and end face runouts.;
12) Reassemble the coupling intermediate section post motor idle testing, ensuring seamless integration.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment have been expertly adjusted, secure the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation or testing, revisit and retighten the bolts for unwavering stability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, any intrusion of solids or liquids can inflict significant and irreversible damage to the compressor. Henceforth, ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean, adhering to the system's steam corrosion standards.Pipelines failing to meet these rigorous standards must undergo rectification. It is recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Align import and export pipelines with the PI diagram specifications. Support the pipeline independently with a separate bracket to avoid imposing its weight on the compressor body, ensuring faultless operation.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its ancillary equipment is meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, it's time to conduct the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself.
