The resultant elevated temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and instigating evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by integrally placing the compressor base securely on the foundation. Skillfully position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise unit leveling.
Alternately place two wedge-shaped irons and ensure the unit is perfectly level. Once achieved, apply spot welding to the irons at 4 to 5 points for securement. These wedges should be
custom-crafted and installed by the user based on specific conditions. The contact surface must be finely finished to ensure even contact on the inclined
plane. It's crucial that the bearing capacity of each wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to precisely determine the unit's level. Essential leveling requirements include: the axial level being 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal
level being 0.10/1000mm, achieving impeccable alignment.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with meticulous care. Prior to alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are fulfilled:
1) Safely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Diligently remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring it's free from foreign objects, dirt, and attachments;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves, facilitating easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor feet. Ensure these gaskets are free of attachments and maintain uniform flatness. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, to be supplied by the customer;
8) Prepare and utilize a bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is designed for mounting a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Skillfully adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm (the motor shaft center should be higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center), and coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and double-check the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling for accuracy.;
12) Install the coupling intermediate section, completing this step after conducting a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-casing 'levelness' and alignment adjustments, fasten the anchor bolts. After conducting mechanical operations or trials, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, demands utmost care—any ingress of solids or liquids can cause irreversible damage. Ensure that the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and comply with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing to meet these standards must be rectified. It's recommended to
incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to enhance protection.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes effectively. According to the PI diagram, ensure that the import and export pipelines are equipped with necessary pipeline accessories. Additionally, support the pipeline connected to the compressor with a separate bracket, ensuring that its weight doesn't burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Delight in the anticipation of operation as soon as the main fan, along with its ancillary equipment, is meticulously installed and the sturdy concrete is fully solidified. You are now set to conduct the exhilarating operation test of the Split Base Watervapour Compressor with Guide Vane Adjustment, ensuring everything is in pristine working order.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and seamless integration, the electric control cabinet of this cutting-edge compressor should be positioned within 5 meters of the unit.
