The elevated temperature then circulates back to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and inducing evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. Enhance stability and precision by placing interlocking wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, ensuring perfect leveling of the unit.
Strategically alternate the insertion of these shims, meticulously leveling the unit, then spot weld in 4 to 5 carefully chosen locations. These shims,
are to be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to specific circumstances. Ensure the contact surfaces are finely finished for seamless
interactions. Each wedge should not exceed a formidable load-bearing capacity of 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve impeccable alignment. The unit's alignment threshold is set at a precise 0.05/1000mm axially and 0.10/1000mm horizontally.
Maintain these exacting specifications to ensure operational excellence.

3.3.3 Optimum Coupling Centering: Prior to embarking on alignment, ensure these essential steps:
1) Deactivate the main power;
2) Dismantle the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediary section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Assess the motor installation area's flatness, meticulously removing any debris or contaminants;
5) Motor bolt apertures should surpass bolt size, facilitating smooth motor adjustment;
6) Assemble an array of stainless steel gaskets, pristine and flat, to underpin the motor. Eschew long, thin gaskets for accurate alignment;
7) Equip yourself with a laser alignment tool or dial indicator, boasting a precision of 0.01mm (to be supplied by the customer);
8) Ready a supportive bracket for the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) The motor hub mounting bracket is designed for dial indicator placement on the hub's edge, aligning the probe on the compressor hub's outer rim;
10) Employ the adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet to align both compressor and motor center lines precisely, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (the motor shaft should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft), with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) In conclusion, securely fasten the motor foot bolts, reviewing both outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for perfection;
12) Post motor idling test, refit the coupling intermediate segment to ensure seamless integration.
3.3.4 Subsequent to achieving impeccable 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, anchor bolts must be firmly tightened. Follow this with a mechanical operation or trial run, then proceed to loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-velocity marvel, demands pristine conditions to avoid irreparable damage. It is imperative that all adjoining inlet and outlet pipelines are free from contaminants, adhering to steam corrosion standards. Any discrepancies must be promptly rectified. Installation of solid-liquid separation systems, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, is highly recommended before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
This crucial step ensures the longevity and efficiency of your compressor.
3.3.6 Precision in the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines is paramount. Follow PI diagram guidelines, augmenting pipelines with appropriate accessories. Ensure pipelines have independent support, preventing undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the robust main fan and its essential ancillary equipment are meticulously installed, and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test.
3.3.8 For optimal integration, position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius of the unit. Use underground threading pipes to securely connect the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet. Once the cabinet is precisely positioned, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS for efficient operations.
