Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure seamless installation, position the compressor base integrally onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to perfectly level the unit.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons for optimal leveling, then expertly spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points for secure placement.
Craft and install the wedges meticulously to adapt to actual conditions, ensuring the contact surfaces are finely finished for even contact.
The inclined plane contact must be flawless, with wedge iron bearing a capacity no greater than 40 Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Employ a precision level tool to achieve impeccable leveling, meeting the stringent axial level criteria of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
This precision ensures maximum operational efficiency and longevity of your unit.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling centering by following these detailed pre-alignment requisites:
1) Ensure complete safety by switching off the main power supply;
2) Remove the coupling shield to allow clear access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for unobstructed alignment;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for any debris, ensuring a pristine flat surface;
5) The motor bolt hole should exceed the bolt size, providing the flexibility needed for meticulous motor adjustments;
6) Gather an ample collection of flawless stainless steel gaskets for the motor foot. Remember, only use gaskets free from attachments and flat, avoiding long, thin gaskets for precise adjustments;
7) Have at hand a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an impressive accuracy of 0.01mm, prepared personally by the customer;
8) Equip yourself with a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, carefully positioning a dial indicator probe along the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for precision measurement;
10) Meticulously adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the center lines of the compressor and motor perfectly. The outer circle deviation should be no more than 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, ensuring coupling end face precision of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for unparalleled precision.;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section confidently.
3.3.4 Conclude by tightening all anchor bolts after adjusting the casing's levelness and alignment. Following initial mechanical operations, retighten them for impeccable security.
3.3.5 With its high-speed prowess, the impeller demands cleanliness to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines connecting to the compressor adhere to the highest standards of steam corrosion resistance.
It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, at the inlet for optimal protection.
3.3.6 Execute the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision, adhering to the PI diagram for pipeline accessories. Support the pipeline independently to prevent undue pressure on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supplementary equipment have been securely installed, and the concrete has fully set, it's time to embark on the compressor's operational testing. This marks a pivotal moment in ensuring the equipment's optimum performance.
3.3.8 For optimal layout and efficiency, ensure the electric control cabinet of the compressor is strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Utilize robust threading pipes for the wiring, laid underground, to connect the compressor seamlessly to the control cabinet. Once the cabinet is firmly in place, carefully connect its wiring terminals with the remote DCS lines, ensuring a smooth and effective communication setup.
