The core principle of MVR revolves around the secondary steam generated by the evaporator. This steam is then adeptly compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor, which skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam rise significantly. This elevated temperature of the secondary steam is channeled back to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials, instigating evaporation. This cycle embodies the perfect recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, ensuring that energy is used more productively and sustainably.

Additionally, it features a coupling, motor, and sophisticated electric instrumentation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base as a whole onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to precisely adjust the unit to a level position. A perfect installation starts with a firm foundation!
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedges with spot welds at 4 to 5 points. These small details ensure enduring stability for your compressor's foundation.
The user should craft and install the wedges based on the actual circumstances. The contact surface requires a flawless finish to guarantee even contact of the inclined plane. A seamless installation process begins with precision-crafted wedges!
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm². Remember, sturdy support is key to maintaining operational excellence.

3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve perfect horizontal alignment. The unit's axial level tolerance is a precision 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level is held to 0.10/1000mm. Precision engineering leads to flawless operation.
Attention to detail in leveling is critical for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is essential for smooth operation. Before embarking on alignment, ensure these prerequisites are met:
1) Disengage the main power supply to ensure a safe working environment.
2) Remove the coupling shield with care.
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling for better access.
4) Verify the motor installation plane is flat and free from debris, dirt, and other obstructions.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts, allowing for the loosening and adjustment of the motor.
6) Ample stainless steel gaskets should be available to support the motor's foot, ensuring they are clean and flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm—this precision tool is a customer's responsibility.
8) Have a bracket prepared to support the dial indicator, following the diagram provided below.

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub using the appropriate bracket, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Align the compressor and motor center lines using adjustment bolts. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is no more than 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should remain within a tight 0.03~0.05mm tolerance.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then reassess both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) After ensuring stability through the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are finely tuned, anchor bolts must be tightened. Following initial mechanical operation or a trial run, bolts should be loosened and retightened to ensure solid stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands pristine conditions—any intrusion of solids or liquids can cause irreversible damage. Ensure all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines not meeting these criteria must be modified. We recommend integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram to include necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported separately, never relying on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete has completely solidified to ensure stability, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 To ensure optimal performance of the compressor, the electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within 5 meters of the compressor. The wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be securely connected using threading pipes, which should be routed underground for enhanced safety and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, it is essential to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless communication and control.
