This innovative approach significantly curtails the need for auxiliary energy sources by harnessing and re-utilizing the secondary steam it produces. At its core, the MVR system operates on a principle where the secondary steam, emitted by the evaporator, is subjected to compression through a high-efficiency steam compressor. This conversion process adeptly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. Consequently, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam are elevated, allowing it to be cycled back to the evaporator. This renewed steam efficiently heats materials, facilitating further evaporation and effectively recycling the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be securely and integrally placed on a stable foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims strategically under the base to fine-tune and perfect the unit's level.
Place two alternating wedge-shaped irons meticulously. Once the unit is completely leveled, carefully spot weld the wedges at four to five strategic points to ensure stability.
The user must manufacture and install the wedge according to specific situational needs, ensuring the contact surface is well-finished for even distribution and optimal alignment.
Ensure the inclined plane achieves seamless contact, with the wedge iron's bearing capacity not exceeding an impressive 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Precisely determine the unit's level using a level tool. The meticulous leveling specifications require an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Prioritize centering the coupling. Ensure all preliminary requirements are meticulously followed before alignment initiation:

1) Safely disengage the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for seamless access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Thoroughly inspect and ensure the motor installation plane is immaculately clean and unobstructed;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently large to allow bolt loosening for motor adjustment;
6) Have an ample supply of flat stainless steel gaskets to perfectly fit under the motor's feet, avoiding long and thin gaskets that may cause instability;
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, as this is crucial for accurate alignment;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below, ensuring it's ready for use;
9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to strategically position the dial indicator on the hub's edge, ensuring accurate readings from the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;

10) Skillfully adjust the motor's feet adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a minimal outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft should be slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft for optimal performance,
The coupling end face should achieve a precision of 0.03~0.05mm for flawless alignment;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for alignment perfection.;
12) After the motor has undergone a successful idling test, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following the perfect adjustment of the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation, loosen and re-tighten the bolts to ensure enduring stability.

3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speeds, making it imperative to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion which can cause irreversible damage. Ensure the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to steam corrosion standards. If not, a mandatory rectification is required. It's highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet straight pipe for enhanced safety.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines must be equipped with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. It is crucial that each pipeline connecting to the compressor is independently supported by another bracket, ensuring no weight is borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved complete solidification, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial step is where the promise of high-speed performance and industrial efficiency begins to take form, ensuring everything operates seamlessly and up to our high standards.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and streamlined integration, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the cabinet should be expertly routed through threading pipes that run underground, ensuring a clean and secure installation. Once the electric control cabinet is in its designated position, carefully link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, establishing a robust and reliable communication pathway.
