Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To begin the installation, place the compressor base seamlessly upon its foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously achieve perfect leveling.
Alternate the placement of the wedge-shaped irons carefully. Once the unit is impeccably level, securely spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 strategic points to ensure stability.
The wedges should be user-manufactured and tailored to the specific conditions, ensuring a completely even contact surface.
Each inclined plane must exhibit uniform contact. The load-bearing strength of the wedge iron should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to ascertain perfect alignment. The unit's leveling specifications demand that the axial level is maintained at 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal level being an exact 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Next, ensure impeccable alignment of the coupling. Prior to initiating alignment, confirm these critical steps:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply for safety;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with caution;
4) Meticulously check the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and extraneous elements;
5) Guarantee that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts, allowing for easy loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Prepare a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets for the motor's footing, ensuring they are impeccable, flat, and free from contaminants. Avoid using long, slender gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (with an accuracy of 0.01mm), as supplied by the customer;
8) Prepare the essential bracket to support the dial indicator following the schematic below;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe precisely on the compressor wheel hub's outer perimeter;
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, achieving impeccable alignment. The outer circle’s maximum deviation is limited to 0.05mm. The motor shaft should ideally be elevated above the compressor’s low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Once aligned, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Conclude by reinstalling the coupling's intermediate section after a satisfactory motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, anchor bolts should be tightened. After mechanical trials, bolts should be loosened and re-tightened for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must remain immaculate. Any intrusion of solids or liquids could inflict irreversible damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor adhere to steam corrosion standards, or rectify them immediately.
Adding solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet is strongly advised.
3.3.6 Seamlessly integrate the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, adhering to the PI diagram for precise installation of relevant pipeline accessories. The connecting pipeline must rest on another sturdy bracket, independent of the compressor housing's support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are meticulously installed, and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, it's time to embark on the crucial compressor operation test. This is the vital step to ensure seamless performance and reliability of the Adjustable Base Steam Compressor for Optimal Sugar Liquid Concentration.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically situated within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself.
