3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor's integral base upon the foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve the perfect level adjustment for the unit.
Strategically position alternating wedge-shaped irons, ensuring correct leveling of the unit. Secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 points, efficiently stabilizing the setup.
The manufacturing and installation of these wedges should be custom-tailored to the user's specific requirements. Ensure the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for even and consistent contact.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve the desired alignment. The unit must strictly adhere to leveling standards: ensure the axial level accuracy is 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level precision is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by ensuring these prerequisites are met:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply to ensure a safe environment;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield to access the internal components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for thorough inspection;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's free of debris, dirt, or any extraneous materials;
5) The motor's bolt holes should be marginally larger than the bolts themselves. This allows the bolts to be loosened conveniently for accurate motor adjustments.
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet. These gaskets must be free from attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustment.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a customer-supplied laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm for exact measurements;
8) Have a sturdy bracket ready, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram, to support the dial indicator;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure the dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe touches the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust the bolts at the motor's feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft. Keep the coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Finally, ensure the motor foot bolts are tightened securely. Re-evaluate the outer circle runout and the coupling end face runout for precision.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's alignment and levelness, diligently tighten the anchor bolts. After conducting a mechanical or trial run, re-loosen and re-tighten these bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, is susceptible to irreversible damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. Ensure all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and align with the system's steam corrosion grade. Rectify non-compliant pipelines promptly.It is recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight compressor inlet pipe.
3.3.6 Assemble the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with the appropriate pipeline accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. The pipeline should be independently supported, ensuring its weight does not burden the compressor's main body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with any supporting equipment is securely installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, it's time to conduct a comprehensive operational test of the compressor. This critical step ensures the readiness and efficiency of the Precision Steam Compressor with Split Base for Effective Extraction to deliver optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor. It's essential that the connecting wires between the compressor and the electric control cabinet are carefully threaded through underground piping. Following the meticulous installation of the electric control cabinet, ensure seamless connectivity by linking the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, thus enhancing the system's integration and operational reliability.
