This process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature and pressure allow the secondary steam to be redirected back to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, thereby generating further evaporation. This remarkable method enables the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, ensuring a sustainable and energy-efficient process.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base seamlessly on the prepared foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath this base to adeptly adjust the unit's level.
Place these precise wedge-shaped irons in an alternating sequence. Once the unit achieves perfect leveling, strategically spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 key points.
These wedges are to be crafted and fitted by the user, tailored to the installation's unique circumstances. Ensure that the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for uniform contact.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's level. The exacting requirements demand an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

1) Securely disconnect the main power supply;

8) Have the necessary bracket ready to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, situating the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines accurately (or follow the corresponding guidelines) with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center should be elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face maintaining a precision of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclusively, secure the motor foot bolts, then verify both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Reattach the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, ensure the anchor bolts are tightly fastened. After the mechanical operation (or trial execution), loosen and retighten the bolts to guarantee security.
3.3.5 The impeller, as a high-velocity rotating element, is susceptible to irreversible damage from any solid or liquid ingress. Therefore, it is imperative to maintain cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, aligning with the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines falling short of these standards necessitate rectification. It is advised to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to ensure optimal protection.

3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. These crucial import and export pipelines should be equipped with the necessary pipeline accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. Importantly, the pipeline connected to the compressor should be supported by a separate bracket to prevent burdening the compressor body with its weight, ensuring stability and longevity.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its supporting equipment has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached its full strength, we are ready to proceed with the exciting compressor operation test.
3.3.8 To ensure optimal functionality, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet should be expertly routed through a threading pipe, discreetly positioned underground. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly situated, make sure to seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless performance.
