The core principle involves the secondary steam produced by the evaporator being masterfully compressed by a highly efficient steam compressor. This transformation converts electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The rejuvenated steam then reenters the evaporator, ingeniously heating materials to trigger evaporation. This process magnificently recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, creating a sustainable cycle of energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Setting the foundation for the compressor requires careful placement of the entire base. Utilize a wedge-shaped shim beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled, firmly spot weld the wedges at four to five strategic points.
The user should manufacture and install the wedges tailored to the actual conditions, ensuring the finished contact surface allows even interfacing of the inclined planes.
It is crucial that the wedge iron's bearing capacity remains under 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Precision leveling is achieved with a level. The rigorous requirements specify the unit's axial level at 0.05/1000mm, while maintaining the horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling alignment by following these preliminary steps:
1) Disconnect the main power supply for safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is perfectly flat, free from debris or contaminants;
5) Motor bolt holes must exceed bolt size, allowing loosening for motor adjustment;
6) Sufficient stainless steel gaskets should cover the motor feet, maintaining absolute flatness and freedom from debris. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm precision (to be provided by the customer);
8) Assemble the bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket places a dial indicator on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Skillfully adjust motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviation at 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then review the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts for accuracy;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section for optimal operation.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, anchor bolts should be tightened. After mechanical operation or trial, bolts must be loosened and retightened to secure.
3.3.5 As the impeller rotates at high speed, prevent any solids or liquids from entering, which can cause irreversible damage. Ensure cleanliness of compressor-connected pipelines, adhering to system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify any pipelines failing to meet conditions, and consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before entering the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Precisely install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Use relevant pipeline accessories as shown in the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline weight is supported by separate brackets, not the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you are ready to proceed to the exhilarating phase of the compressor operation test. This marks a significant milestone in ensuring optimal functionality and performance of your system.
3.3.8 For utmost efficiency and seamless control, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet is expertly threaded through an underground conduit. Once the control cabinet is positioned, it's crucial to meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a robust and reliable connection.
