This process masterfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam increase. This elevated-temperature steam is then returned to the evaporator, where it effectively heats materials, inducing further evaporation. This brilliant cycle achieves the sustainable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, making it an exceptionally efficient system.

3.3.1 To begin the installation, place the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Secure it with wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure the unit's level is perfectly aligned.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4~5 points for flawless stability.
The wedge must be meticulously manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to the actual conditions. Ensure the contact surface is finished for even contact of the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Achieve precision with a level. For the unit's leveling, adhere to the strict standards: the axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level must be 0.10/1000mm.
These measurements ensure the optimal positioning of your compressor unit.
3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Prior to alignment, ensure these vital preparatory steps are completed:
1) Safely turn off the main power supply to prevent hazards.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the coupling components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for unobstructed adjustment.
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness is pristine and free from debris, dirt, or attachments.
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole's diameter exceeds the bolt size, facilitating easy motor adjustments by loosening the bolts.
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to adequately cover the motor's foot. These gaskets should be attachment-free and perfectly flat. Avoid using inappropriately long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, procured by the customer.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below for optimal usage.
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is ideal for attaching a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, allowing precise placement of the dial indicator probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Maintain a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Finally, securely tighten the motor foot bolts and thoroughly review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Upon achieving precise 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, firmly secure the anchor bolts. After the initial mechanical operation (or trial operation), loosen and retighten them to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating marvel. Any solid or liquid intrusion can cause severe and irreversible damage to the compressor. Therefore, it is imperative to maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines that comply with the system's steam corrosion grade. Should the pipelines fall short of these criteria, immediate rectification is essential.It is highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, just before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to safeguard the system.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram to equip import and export pipelines with the necessary accessories. Ensure the connected pipeline is supported by an alternative bracket, not burdening the compressor body with weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test with confidence and precision.
3.3.8 To ensure optimal performance, the electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically placed within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. For a seamless connection, utilize threading pipe to route the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet, discreetly installed underground. Once the control cabinet is securely positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) to ensure flawless integration.
