At the heart of this innovative process lies a fundamental principle: the secondary steam produced by the evaporator is subjected to compression by a high-efficiency steam compressor, which skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. This process results in an increase in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature of the steam is then redirected back to the evaporator, where it serves to heat the materials and induce evaporation. This remarkable cycle effectively facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam.
The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor, a marvel of modern engineering, primarily comprises a compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, and an electric instrument with an anti-surge control system. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base integrally upon the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims under the base meticulously for precision leveling.
Position the wedge-shaped irons alternately for optimal stability. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, proceed to spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points,
ensuring that each wedge is crafted and installed to suit your specific setup. It is crucial that the contact surfaces are finished to guarantee even contact of
inclined planes, thereby ensuring the wedge irons do not exceed a bearing capacity of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to ascertain precision. The unit's leveling demands are as follows: an axial precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal leveling of
0.10/1000mm, ensuring operational efficiency and performance.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Prior to initiating alignment, confirm these essential steps:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for seamless alignment.
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, or attachments.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts for easy adjustments during the alignment process.
6) Gather sufficient stainless steel gaskets to adequately support the motor's footing. Gaskets must be free from attachments and perfectly flat, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a highly precise laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy (to be provided by the customer).
8) Prepare the necessary bracket as per the figure below to support the dial indicator effectively.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for positioning a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Align the compressor and motor center lines meticulously, using adjustment bolts around the motor feet. The maximum deviation for the outer circle should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face deviation at 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then thoroughly inspect both the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout to confirm alignment accuracy.;
12) After conducting a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Upon achieving impeccable levelness and alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical or trial operation, loosen, then retighten to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed rotating component; any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreversible damage to the compressor. Thus, it is imperative to maintain cleanliness in inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, ensuring adherence to the system's steam corrosion grade. Any non-compliant pipelines must be rectified immediately. It is
strongly advised to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe for optimal protection.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Install requisite pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline linked to the compressor must be supported with an independent bracket, ensuring its weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has fully solidified, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures that every component is seamlessly integrated and functioning at its peak capacity, ready to deliver exceptional performance.
3.3.8 For optimal results, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within 5 meters of the compressor. This allows for a streamlined connection by using threading pipes that run underground, ensuring a clean and secure installation. Once the electric control cabinet is in place, expertly connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless integration for sophisticated remote operation.
