3.3.1 To set the cornerstone for performance, the compressor base is gracefully placed on the foundation. Elegantly position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to fine-tune the unit's level.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately, ensuring precise leveling of the unit. Secure the wedges with spot welds at 4 to 5 key points for absolute stability.
The wedge must be crafted with precision by the user, tailored to the specific circumstances. Its contact surface must be perfected for seamless contact on inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed a formidable 40Kg/cm2. A testament to strength and reliability.
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve impeccable balance. The unit's leveling requirements are: an axial level of a precise 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal level of a meticulous 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect harmony with precise coupling alignment. Prioritize these preparatory steps for success:
1) Ensure safety first by turning off the main power supply;
2) Remove the coupling shield with care for unobstructed access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for alignment clarity;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is pristine, free from debris and attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole exceeds the bolt size for flexible adjustment;
6) Gather sufficient, flat stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage, avoiding the insertion of thin gaskets for precise adjustments;
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, to be sourced by the customer;
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator placement, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Strategically adjust the bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor centerlines. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, mindful that the motor shaft centerline should be superior to the compressor's low-speed shaft centerline, with coupling end face deviations between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclude the meticulous process by securing the motor foot bolts, reassessing the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling to ensure precision.; meticulous attention to detail is key.
12) After a successful motor idling test, reassemble the coupling intermediate section, ensuring seamless operation.
3.3.4 With precision alignment and 'levelness' perfected, anchor bolts are securely tightened. Post mechanical or trial operations, re-loosen and retighten the bolts to confirm enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a marvel of high-speed engineering, must remain free from solids or liquids to prevent irreparable damage. Ensure all connecting inlet and outlet pipelines to the compressor are pristine, adhering to stringent steam corrosion system standards.Pipelines failing to meet these criteria require immediate rectification. We highly recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Meticulously install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adorn import and export lines with appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipeline linked to the compressor is independently supported, relieving the compressor body of any undue burden.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components find their permanent placement and the concrete reaches full solidity, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test.
