Strategically arrange the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern for superior stability. Achieve impeccable leveling by spot welding the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 precise points. The user must craft and install the wedge, ensuring a flawlessly smooth contact surface for an even force distribution.
Expertly finish the contact surface for perfect inclined plane contact. Ensure the wedge iron's bearing capacity never exceeds 40Kg/cm2, maintaining structural integrity and performance.
3.3.2 Use a precision level to meticulously set the unit's level. Adhere to stringent leveling standards with an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unmatched precision and reliability.
3.3.3 Follow these critical steps to achieve impeccable coupling alignment:
1) Completely disconnect the main power supply to guarantee utmost safety;
2) Delicately remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision for optimal access;
4) Diligently inspect the motor installation plane to confirm flatness and cleanliness, free of any debris;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed the bolts' size, permitting bolt loosening for motor adjustments with ease;
6) Prepare a plentiful supply of premium stainless steel gaskets. They must be perfectly flat and attachment-free, while avoiding long, thin gaskets for precise adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-accuracy precision laser alignment meter with 0.01mm precision, which the customer should supply;

Rectify any non-compliant pipelines immediately.Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet is highly recommended to preserve system integrity and performance.
3.3.6 Transition smoothly to the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. It's essential that the import and export pipelines are equipped with the appropriate pipeline accessories, just as outlined in the PI diagram. To maintain the integrity and longevity of the compressor, make sure that the pipeline connected to it is reinforced by an independent bracket. This precaution prevents any excessive weight from burdening the compressor body, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
3.3.7 Following the meticulous installation of the main fan and its associated equipment, and after the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you are fully prepared to initiate the thrilling and essential phase of conducting an operation test on the compressor. This pivotal step is crucial in confirming that all components are functioning flawlessly, and everything is in pristine working condition, ready for optimal operation.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Use a robust threading pipe to seamlessly and discreetly connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring it is routed underground for a clean and efficient setup. Once the control cabinet is firmly and securely installed, diligently connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines. This establishes a sturdy and dependable control link, essential for effective and smooth compressor management.
