The core principle revolves around compressing secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a highly efficient steam compressor. This intricate process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Subsequently, the heated steam is channeled back to the evaporator, where it heats materials and facilitates evaporation. This innovative approach ensures the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, achieving remarkable energy efficiency.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is a marvel of engineering, meticulously crafted and comprising core components such as the compressor body (including the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, seal, etc.), coupling, motor, and sophisticated electric instruments. Each element has been carefully designed to work in harmony, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
3.3.1 Securely position the compressor base on the foundation. To achieve perfect leveling, place alternating wedge-shaped shims beneath the base. This ensures precision adjustment of the unit's level.
Strategically place two wedge-shaped irons in alternating fashion. Once the unit is aligned, execute spot welding on the wedges at 4 to 5 key points, ensuring a steadfast hold.

3.3.3 Precision centering of the coupling is essential. Before commencing alignment, ensure the following critical steps are completed:
1) Deactivate the main power source to ensure safety;
2) Remove the coupling shield for clear access to the alignment components;
3) Disassemble the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously, ensuring it is free from debris and foreign objects for a smooth operation;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size for easy loosening and precise motor adjustments;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets for optimal support under the motor. They must be free of contaminants and perfectly flat to prevent any alignment issues.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (customer-provided) with an accuracy of 0.01mm for exceptional precision.
8) Securely set up the dial indicator bracket as illustrated below for stable alignment assistance;
9) The motor hub mounting bracket facilitates the placement of a dial indicator on the edge, ensuring precise measurement at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines precisely. Maintain a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm for the coupling end face.
11) Securely fasten motor foot bolts, then verify the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for impeccable alignment integrity.;
12) Reattach the coupling's intermediate section post-motor idling test to ensure flawless integration.
3.3.4 Thoroughly secure the anchor bolts post-adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment. After mechanical or trial operations, loosen and re-tighten for enhanced stability.
3.3.5 Protect the high-speed impeller from damage by ensuring no solids or liquids enter. Maintain cleanliness and adherence to steam corrosion grade standards for connected pipelines.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring all attachments align with the PI diagram. Support pipelines with a separate bracket to prevent undue strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the primary fan and its supportive components, and once the concrete has completely cured, you can initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures optimal functionality and performance.
3.3.8 To ensure seamless operation, position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter radius. Utilize underground threading pipes for connecting the compressor to the control cabinet. Once the control cabinet is securely positioned, establish connections between the wiring terminals inside the cabinet and the lines at the remote DCS, facilitating smooth and efficient system integration.
