Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation process by placing the compressor base securely on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims to adjust the unit to perfect level.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons to achieve optimal leveling. Securely spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points for durability and stability.
Craft these wedges to match the specific site requirements, ensuring the contact surface is meticulously finished for even contact with the inclined plane.
The wedge iron must withstand a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level for accurate measurements. The unit should achieve an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment with precise coupling centering. Before proceeding, ensure the following steps are meticulously followed:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure complete safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is pristine, devoid of any dirt or foreign objects;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolt size for easy adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of flawless stainless steel gaskets for the motor's feet, avoiding any long or thin gaskets that could compromise stability;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, accurate to 0.01mm, sourced by the customer;
8) Have ready the mounting bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) The hub mounting bracket is crucial for attaching a dial indicator to the wheel hub's edge, ensuring precise alignment readings;
10) Adjust motor feet bolts meticulously, aligning the compressor and motor center lines almost perfectly. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is no more than 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft.

11) Once aligned, securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review both the runout of the outer circle and the end face of the coupling.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 After achieving precise 'levelness' and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operations, recheck and retighten as necessary for enduring stability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, prevent any ingress of solids or liquids that could devastate the compressor. Ensure connected pipelines are impeccably clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion standards.
Consider the addition of solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor's inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Properly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes with all necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure pipelines are independently supported, relieving the compressor body of excess weight.
