The elevated steam then returns to the evaporator, where it warms the materials, causing evaporation. Its innovative design features an impeller mounted directly at the motor's shaft extension end. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure optimal performance, position the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims under the base for unit leveling.
Expertly alternate two wedge-shaped irons, leveling the unit perfectly. Spot weld the wedge irons at 4~5 points for stability.
The user should craft and install the wedge according to specific conditions, ensuring a polished contact surface. The inclined plane should have even
contact, with the bearing capacity of wedge iron not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieve unparalleled accuracy using a level. The unit's leveling standards: axial level at 0.05/1000mm, horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure precise coupling alignment with these preparatory steps:
1) Deactivate the main power supply for safety;
2) Disengage the coupling shield effortlessly;
3) Safely remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Confirm the motor installation plane's flatness, free from debris and impurities;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt size for easy adjustments;
6) Have ample, flat stainless steel gaskets ready for motor foot coverage—avoid long, thin gaskets for precise adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm precision (customer-provided);
8) Ready a support bracket for the dial indicator, as depicted in the diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for placing the dial indicator probe along the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, ensuring maximum deviation is 0.05mm. The motor shaft should be slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft, coupling end face achieving 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts, then recheck the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 After achieving flawless 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten anchor bolts. Post-operation, release and retighten bolts for assurance.

3.3.5 With the impeller spinning at high speed, preventing solid or liquid ingress is vital to avoid compressor damage. Pipelines must be pristine, adhering to the system's steam corrosion grade. Non-compliant pipelines demand rectification, and adding a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is advisable.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Pipeline accessories should align with the PI diagram, and support brackets must bear the weight, not the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its essential ancillary equipment are firmly in place and the concrete has reached its full, robust solidity, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. This marks a significant milestone in the setup, ensuring everything is primed for optimal performance.
3.3.8 To ensure seamless operational efficiency, the electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. The intricate wiring process involves threading pipes that should be discreetly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is precisely positioned, the final connection consists of linking the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a smooth integration of control systems.
