Craft and position the wedges according to your specific requirements, ensuring the contact surface is flawlessly finished for maximum contact efficiency of the inclined planes.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit level. The stringent leveling criteria are as follows: the axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by adhering to these key pre-alignment protocols:
1) Securely switch off the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield for clear access;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate adjustment;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it’s free of contaminants and obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts, allowing for ease of motor adjustment.
6) Gather ample, flawless stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a precise dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Arrange the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe rests on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By skillfully adjusting bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines precisely. Strive for a maximum deviation of only 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line ideally higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Ensure the coupling end face measures between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts, then reassess the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for impeccable alignment.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling’s intermediate section securely.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment, ensure anchor bolts are meticulously tightened. Following mechanical operations, loosen and retighten to verify security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, can suffer irreversible harm from any foreign matter. Assure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and compliant with system steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pathways must undergo corrective action. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.

3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision, adhering to the PI diagram's specifications. Ensure the pipelines are supported independently, without imposing their weight on the compressor structure itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are firmly installed and the concrete base has thoroughly set, we are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test.
