Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons and, once the unit reaches impeccable levelness, securely spot weld the irons at 4~5 strategic points. The wedge,
customized and installed by the user, must adapt to the unique situation. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for flawless contact of the inclined
plane. The wedge iron's bearing capacity should gracefully be limited to 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain absolute levelness. The unit's alignment mandates: an enviable axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a steadfast horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling centering. Prioritize these essential preparatory steps before commencing alignment:
1) Disengage the primary power supply;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from extraneous materials, dirt, and obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed bolt dimensions, allowing loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Accumulate an ample supply of immaculate stainless steel gaskets to support the motor, ensuring they are devoid of debris and perfectly flat. Avoid using slender gaskets for motor-base adjustments;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (customer to provide);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted below;

9) The motor hub mounting bracket is engineered to affix a dial indicator to the hub's edge, with the probe elegantly touching the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Meticulously adjust the bolts encircling the motor feet, ensuring the compressor and motor center lines are harmoniously aligned (or as per specific instructions), with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (motor shaft must sit above the compressor low-speed shaft), coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Ultimately, firmly secure the motor foot bolts and re-evaluate the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout,;
12) Conclusively, install the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 After achieving enviable 'levelness' and precision alignment of the casing, secure the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operations (or trials), release and retighten them for enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, is vulnerable to enduring harm from solids or liquids. It is imperative that the pipelines connected to the compressor remain pristine, complying with system steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines failing to meet these high standards require immediate rectification. It is prudent to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe for optimal protection.

3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Installation of import and export pipelines must adhere to the accompanying PI diagram. The connecting pipeline must be independently supported, its weight gracefully borne by a separate bracket, sparing the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation has fully cured, you can proceed to conduct the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal moment in ensuring the optimal functionality and performance of the system.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. For seamless connectivity, utilize threading pipe to route the wiring underground between the compressor and the electric control cabinet. Once the electric control cabinet is properly situated, ensure the wiring terminals within the cabinet are meticulously connected to the remote DCS lines, establishing a robust and reliable control system.
