At its core, the principle involves compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process adeptly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature of this steam then circulates back to the evaporator, efficiently heating the materials and inducing further evaporation. This cycle brilliantly recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, epitomizing sustainable and efficient energy usage.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation. Beneath the base, insert wedge-shaped shims to achieve precise leveling of the unit. This meticulous leveling ensures optimal performance and stability.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points for secure positioning.
The user should manufacture and install the wedge as per the actual situation. The contact surface must be finished to ensure even contact on inclined planes.
It is essential that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to attain impeccable alignment. The unit's axial level precision is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level precision is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure impeccable centering of the coupling. Confirm these prerequisites before alignment:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield carefully;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Verify the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it's free from foreign objects, dirt, and any attachments.
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt size for easy motor adjustment.
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets for the motor foot coverage. They must be free from any attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting precision of 0.01mm, for supreme accuracy.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure.

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is crucial for placing a dial indicator on the hub edge, with the probe positioned on the outer compressor wheel hub edge.
10) By meticulously adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines perfectly. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is within 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft.

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts. Reassess the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for flawless operation.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section following the successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, secure the anchor bolts. After the machinery's operational trial, ensure loosening and retightening for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must remain untouched by solids or liquids to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectify any that fall short.
Enhance pipeline integrity by installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram diligently to include all relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that separate brackets support the pipelines beyond the compressor's structure to prevent undue strain.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation has fully cured, you may proceed to conduct the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is functioning optimally.
3.3.8 Position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius of the compressor for optimal performance. Utilize an underground threading pipe to connect the wiring from the compressor directly to the electric control cabinet. Once the cabinet is positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring seamless integration and control.
