The elevated temperature and pressure then seamlessly allow the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, heating the materials to generate further evaporation. By achieving this cycle, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is recycled, showcasing an impressive feat of energy efficiency and sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be seamlessly integrated onto its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to perfectly align the unit's level.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit is exquisitely leveled, and then meticulously spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific situation, ensuring the contact surface is polished for evenness.
Bear in mind, the plane must be inclined evenly, and the wedge iron's load should not surpass 40Kg/cm
².
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve immaculate leveling. The requirements include: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal
level precision of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring the unit functions optimally.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure these essentials:
1) Securely switch off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Assess the motor installation plane for flatness, and ensure it is free from debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are generously larger than bolts, allowing for loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Have ample, pristine stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot, ensuring they are flat and devoid of attachments. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the reference figure;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, aligning the probe against the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Through precise adjustments of the motor's foot bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines impeccably (or as per specific instructions), ensuring any outer circle deviation is max 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, coupling end face should be between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by meticulously tightening the motor foot bolts and reviewing the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are assured, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After operational trials or mechanical operations, loosen and retighten to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, being a high-speed marvel, is susceptible to irreversible damage if solids or liquids enter it. Therefore, confirm that the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and meet the steam corrosion grade specifications. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines. It is highly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation devices, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to meticulously install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for installing relevant pipeline accessories, ensuring that the compressor is supported by a separate bracket, thus preventing any undue weight burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete base has fully solidified, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This step ensures that the setup is robust and ready for optimal performance.
3.3.8 To achieve seamless integration, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the control cabinet is vital and should be executed through threading pipe laid underground. Once the control cabinet is installed, establish secure connections by linking the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless operation and communication.
