Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims under the base to finely tune and ensure precision leveling.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedges with spot welds at 4~5 points, ensuring stability.
Users are to craft and fit the wedges based on specific conditions. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for smooth engagement of inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not surpass the safe threshold of 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Achieve optimal leveling with precision instruments. The axial level precision should be 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal level precision at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Perfectly align the coupling. Prior to alignment, ensure all safety and preparatory steps are completed:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off to prevent any electrical hazards.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the components beneath.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for a thorough alignment process.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane rigorously to ensure absolute cleanliness - free of debris and contaminants.
5) Motor bolt holes should be slightly larger than the bolts, allowing for easy adjustments during alignment.
6) Assemble adequate flat stainless steel gaskets to underpin the motor foot. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm) as essential tools for perfect alignment.
8) Refer to the accompanying diagram to prepare the necessary bracket for dial indicator support.

9) Employ a bracket to mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub edge, ensuring precise probe placement on the compressor wheel hub.
10) With precision, adjust the motor feet until the compressor and motor center line align, keeping the maximum outer circle deviation at 0.05mm.

11) Firmly tighten the motor foot bolts and verify the outer circle runout, ensuring coupling alignment remains precise with minimal deviations.;
12) Once alignment is confirmed, reinstall the coupling intermediate section subsequent to the motor's idle test verification.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of levelness and casing alignment, securely fasten the anchor bolts. Post-trial operations require bolt re-tightening.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel: even the slightest entry of solids or liquids can irrevocably damage the compressor. Ensure all connected pipelines are immaculate and adhere to specified steam corrosion standards.
Consider incorporating a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee for optimal solid-liquid separation before the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Properly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines. Pursue installation with specified pipeline accessories, and ensure pipelines are supported independently – devoid of any undue load on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components are meticulously installed and the concrete base has fully cured, you can proceed with the operational testing of the compressor. This ensures that every element functions harmoniously, guaranteeing peak performance and reliability.
3.3.8 For optimum efficiency and safety, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure seamless connectivity by using threading pipes to link the compressor to the control cabinet underground. Once the control cabinet is installed, carefully connect the wiring terminals to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a robust and secure electrical system.
