Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating manner. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points. This ensures robust stability and precision alignment.
The wedge should be custom-made and meticulously installed by the user, tailored to the specific requirements of your setup. Ensure the contact surfaces are perfectly finished for optimal contact.
The inclined plane must offer even contact with a maximum bearing capacity of 40Kg/cm², ensuring the structural integrity and performance of your compressor.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to verify the unit's alignment. The exacting leveling criteria demand an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for unparalleled accuracy.

3.3.3 Precise coupling centering is paramount. Before embarking on alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are meticulously fulfilled:
1) Safeguard the setup by turning off the main power supply, ensuring a safe and secure alignment process.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield, providing unimpeded access for precision alignment.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section, making way for thorough inspection and adjustment.
4) Scrutinize the motor's installation plane for any obstructions or debris, guaranteeing a smooth and flawless mounting surface.
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size to allow for precise adjustments of the motor position.
6) Arm yourself with ample stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage. Steer clear of long, thin gaskets for optimal adjustment integrity.
7) Leverage precision instruments, such as a dial indicator or laser alignment meter, with an accuracy of 0.01mm for precise alignment.
8) Prepare the requisite bracket to support the dial indicator, as shown in the accompanying diagram, for precise measurements.

9) Deploy the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for exact placement of the dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, ensuring accuracy in the compression process.
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts carefully, aligning the compressor and motor center lines. Precision is key, with outer circle deviation no greater than 0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly. Reassess both outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for optimal function and alignment.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reattach the coupling's intermediate section to complete the alignment process.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, firmly secure the anchor bolts after aligning the casing. Conduct a trial operation, then retighten the bolts to ensure steadfast stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-velocity component, must be protected from foreign solid or liquid intrusions that could cause irreversible damage.
To safeguard the compressor, ensure connecting pipelines are spotless and adhere to steam corrosion standards. Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment for added protection.
3.3.6 Attach compressor inlet and outlet pipes as per the PI diagram, ensuring pipelines are supported externally, never relying on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete base has reached full solidification, you are ready to proceed with the highly anticipated compressor operation test. This marks a critical milestone in ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor, ensuring seamless integration. Utilize threading pipes to securely connect the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet, discreetly running them underground for an immaculate setup. Once the control cabinet is firmly in place, expertly link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, establishing a robust and efficient control network.
