3.3.1 The compressor base, a cornerstone of stability, is meticulously placed on the foundation. To achieve flawless installation, wedge-shaped shims should be strategically positioned under the base to facilitate precise leveling.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately, ensuring that the unit is perfectly leveled. Secure these with spot welds at 4~5 critical points. These essential wedges should be
manufactured and customized by the user, tailored to the specific site conditions. The contact surface must be finely finished, ensuring uniform contact on the inclined
plane. It's crucial that the bearing capacity of each wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm2.).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve exactitude. The unit's leveling benchmarks are: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 For perfect alignment, ensure the coupling is centered. Prioritize these preparatory steps before commencing alignment:
1) Power down by securely switching off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation surface to confirm it's spotless and devoid of any foreign materials or debris;
5) The motor's bolt holes must exceed the bolt size, allowing adjustable flexibility during motor alignment;
6) Ensure a supply of stainless steel gaskets, meticulously flat and attachment-free, to place beneath the motor feet. Avoid inserting long, thin gaskets between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (procured by the customer);
8) Prepare a robust bracket for the dial indicator's support, as illustrated below;
9) A mounting bracket for the motor wheel hub is essential for positioning a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, with its probe delicately placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Achieve alignment by adjusting the motor feet bolts, to harmonize the compressor and motor center lines (or per specific instructions), maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft's center line positioned slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft, and a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, and meticulously review both the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for precision.;
12) Post an idle test of the motor, proceed to reattach the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, anchor bolts should be tightened. Post mechanical trials or operations, these bolts should be retightened to ensure steadfastness.
3.3.5 The impeller, pivotal to efficient function, must remain uncontaminated. Foreign solids or liquids can wreak irreversible havoc. Ensure all pipelines interfacing with the compressor meet the requisite steam corrosion standards. If not, urgent rectification is imperative.It's prudent to incorporate solid-liquid separation mechanisms, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, proximal to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Seamlessly integrate inlet and outlet pipelines, adhering to PI diagram specifications. Pipelines must be independently supported by additional brackets, relieving the compressor body from undue load.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan along with its supporting equipment is securely installed and the concrete base has fully solidified, it is time to initiate the compressor operation test. This critical step ensures the readiness and optimal performance of the equipment.
3.3.8 To ensure a seamless operation, the compressor's electric control cabinet must be positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor unit. Employ underground threading pipes to securely connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Once the cabinet is in place, meticulously link the wiring terminals with the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) lines for coordinated system management.
