The core principle is as follows: the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is expertly compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This transformative process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby enhancing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated temperature is then used to return the secondary steam to the evaporator, where it effectively heats materials, instigating evaporation. This sophisticated method ensures the seamless recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam.

It primarily consists of a high-performance compressor body, which includes the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure a seamless installation, position the compressor base securely on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precise leveling.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, perform spot welding on the wedge-shaped irons at 4-5 points.
The user should craft and install the wedge according to specific requirements, ensuring the contact surface is meticulously even.
Make sure that the inclined planes meet evenly and that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to perfect the unit's alignment. Adhere to the following leveling standards: an axial tolerance of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with accuracy. Prior to proceeding with alignment, ensure these key steps are fulfilled:
1) Deactivate the main power supply;
2) Detach the coupling shield for unrestricted access;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Ensure the motor's installation plane is immaculate, free of any foreign particles or debris;
5) Verify that the motor bolt hole's diameter exceeds the bolt size, allowing for necessary adjustments;
6) Stock up on stainless steel gaskets for motor footing, ensuring they are devoid of debris and lay perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated or slender gaskets for alterations between the motor and base.
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy) as provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Align the motor and compressor centers by adjusting the motor feet's bolts. Ensure the maximum deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face deviation should be between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts, then reassess both outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling for accuracy.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test for optimal function.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are confirmed, diligently tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or test operations, re-loosen and retighten these bolts for enhanced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speed, susceptible to damage from solids or liquids. Ensure that inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, conforming to the steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectify any pipelines failing to meet these standards. Consider installing solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, upstream of the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, outfitting them with appropriate accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. Pipelines should be independently supported, without burdening the compressor structure.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its supporting equipment is completed and the concrete base has fully cured, you are ready to proceed with the operational test of the compressor. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Once the cabinet is set in place, establish a reliable connection by linking the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS).
