At its core, this technology operates on the principle that the secondary steam produced by an evaporator is efficiently compressed using a high-energy efficiency steam compressor. This process masterfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, simultaneously increasing both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator and effectively heats materials to induce evaporation, thus ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base must be placed integrally on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims under the base to meticulously adjust the unit level.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring precision. After leveling, firmly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points for maximum stability.
Craft the wedges according to the actual installation scenario. Ensure the contact surfaces are impeccably finished for even contact, maintaining the integrity of the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should never exceed 40Kg/cm, ensuring unmatched durability and safety.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to establish perfect alignment. The unit must meet rigorous leveling standards: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these exacting standards are met to guarantee optimal performance and efficiency.

3.3.3 Coupling alignment is crucial. Before commencing this essential task, adhere to the following preliminary checks:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Confirm the motor installation plane's flatness is unblemished, free from any debris or foreign attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, facilitating easy loosening and precise motor adjustments;
6) Stock up on ample stainless steel gaskets for motor footing. These must be flawlessly flat and free of any attachments. Avoid using inadequately shaped gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy), prepared by the customer for precise adjustments;
8) Ensure the bracket for the dial indicator is prepared as per the accompanying illustration;

9) Fit the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator, positioning its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By carefully adjusting the bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line harmoniously. The maximum deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face tolerance ranging between 0.03 to 0.05mm.

11) Once aligned, securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Conduct a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts to ensure precision.;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, diligently tighten anchor bolts. Reassess after mechanical operation or trial run, retightening if necessary for optimum security.

3.3.5 With the impeller being a high-speed component, it is imperative to prevent any solid or liquid ingress which could irreversibly damage the compressor. Ensure all connecting pipelines are immaculately clean, fulfilling the steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectify any discrepancies and consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Precisely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for installing pipeline accessories. Support pipes with independent brackets, ensuring no weight bears on the compressor body.
3.3.7 With main fan and ancillary equipment installed, and concrete fully cured, conduct a comprehensive compressor operation test to verify installation success.
