Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on its foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims strategically beneath the base to ensure precise level adjustment.
Alternate the positioning of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit achieves level perfection, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring steadfast stability.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific circumstances. The contact surfaces must be meticulously finished, ensuring even contact on the inclined plane.
Note that the bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Utilize a level to meticulously verify the horizontal balance. The unit’s exacting leveling standards demand an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.
These requirements ensure operational excellence and optimized performance at every stage.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling centering. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are fulfilled:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly check the motor installation plane for any debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments to assure smooth assembly.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts, allowing for loosening to adjust motor positioning effortlessly.
6) Arrange an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets for motor support. The gaskets must be flawless and sufficiently robust for reliable adjustment.
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (accuracy: 0.01mm), which customers should provide independently.
8) Secure an appropriate bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying diagram.

9) A motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for affixing a dial indicator, enabling precise measurement on the compressor wheel hub’s outer edge.
10) Adjust motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines expertly. The maximum allowable deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm, and the motor shaft center line must be higher, with coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Finally, securely fasten the motor foot bolts and evaluate the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to ensure optimal performance.;
12) After successful motor idling tests, install the coupling intermediate section for seamless operation.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten anchor bolts thoroughly. Following mechanical operations or trial runs, re-loosen and re-tighten bolts for absolute security.
3.3.5 The impeller spins at high velocities; any solid or liquid intrusion can cause severe, irreversible damage. Thus, ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines connecting to the compressor are impeccably clean, adhering to steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines demand prompt rectification.
It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, at the compressor inlet to prevent any contamination.
3.3.6 Install the inlet and outlet compressor pipes with the necessary pipeline accessories per the PI diagram. Ensure another bracket supports the pipelines connected to the compressor, so its weight does not rely on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all of its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved full solidity, it is time to initiate the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For optimum functionality, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure a clean and organized setup, the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be encased in threading pipes that are securely placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, the intricate task of connecting the wiring terminals within the electric control cabinet to the remote DCS lines should be conducted with precision, ensuring a flawless integration.
