Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base on its designated foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, indispensable for achieving perfect unit leveling.
Position the wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is level, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring maximum stability.
Users must craft and place these wedges according to their specific circumstances. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for even, stable support.
Note: The wedge iron must not endure weights exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve precise leveling. The unit's exacting standards demand an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, while horizontal requirements stand at 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is critical. Before aligning, adhere to these essential protocols:
1) Ensure safety by disconnecting the main power supply;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield for accessibility;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for smoother operations;
4) Verify the motor installation surface is flat and devoid of any debris;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are adequately sized to allow bolt adjustments for motor alignment;
6) Secure ample stainless steel gaskets for motor feet, free from debris and sufficiently flat. Avoid using elongated gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a customer-supplied dial indicator or laser alignment tool with a precision of 0.01mm for accurate alignment;
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator placement, ensuring seamless monitoring of the compressor wheel hub's edge;
10) Fine-tune the motor feet adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines expertly. Ensure the outer circle deviation is confined to 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, achieving a coupling end face tolerance of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts post-alignment. Reassess both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for assurance.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, seamlessly reintegrate the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-leveling and alignment adjustments tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operations, loosen and retighten bolts to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a pivotal high-speed component, demands pristine conditions. The ingress of any solids or liquids can inflict irreversible harm to the compressor. Thus, it's imperative to maintain the inlet and outlet pipelines to meet rigorous steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification.
Incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, at the compressor inlet to elevate performance.
3.3.6 When installing compressor pipelines, follow the PI diagram meticulously. Ensure that the pipelines, supported by sturdy brackets, do not burden the compressor body with their weight, thus safeguarding operational integrity.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its ancillary components is complete and the concrete has fully solidified, the next exciting step is conducting the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures optimum performance and reliability of the Dynamic Steam Compressor with Adjustable Speed Regulation Technology.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. For seamless integration, connect wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet through an underground threading pipe. Once the electric control cabinet is in place, harmoniously link its wiring terminals with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring synchronized operations and efficient control.
