This temperature rise seamlessly channels the secondary steam back into the evaporator to heat materials, inducing further evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be positioned entirely on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims under the base to ensure the unit is perfectly level. These shims should be placed alternately to achieve a stable alignment. After leveling the unit, it's crucial to spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4~5 distinct points for added stability and security. The design and installation of the wedge should be customized by the user, tailored to meet the specific conditions. The contact surface must be meticulously finished to ensure even contact of the inclined plane, and the bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm².
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately; once the unit is leveled, perform spot welding on these irons at 4~5 points for secure mounting. This process enhances the stability of the installation.
The manufacturing and installation of the wedge should be done by the user according to unique site conditions. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for perfect contact of the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity for each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm². This ensures safe and secure installation.

3.3.2 Use a precision level to achieve the desired leveling. The leveling precision required for the unit is an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
The unit must maintain an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for optimal function.

3.3.3 Align the coupling center meticulously. Before initiating alignment, ensure the following conditions are met:
1) Ensure the main power source is completely turned off; this is crucial for safety and prevents any unintended power flow.
2) Remove the coupling shield to access the necessary components for alignment.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section, allowing for easier alignment access.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it’s free from foreign materials, dirt, and other attachments for a smooth operation.
5) The motor bolt hole should be larger than the bolt size to allow for easy loosening and adjustment of the motor position.
6) Ensure you have sufficient stainless steel gaskets for the motor foot; these should be free from attachments and adequately flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and the base.
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with at least 0.01mm precision, which must be provided by the customer.
8) Prepare a stable bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the supplementary figure.

9) Use a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely place a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with a probe touching the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor feet using adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines properly. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is restricted to 0.05mm, and the motor shaft's center line should exceed the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Finalize by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then re-evaluate the coupling’s outer circle runout and end face runout to ensure precision.;
12) After conducting a motor idling test, install the coupling's intermediate section, completing the alignment process.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After a mechanical run or trial, loosen and then retighten the bolts to ensure continued stability.

3.3.5 The impeller, a vital high-speed component, must be protected from any solid or liquid intrusion, as it can cause irreversible damage. It is imperative to keep the inlet and outlet pipelines pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion standards. If pipelines don't meet these standards, they must be rectified. Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Install the compressor’s inlet and outlet pipes attentively. The installation should align with the relevant PI diagram, ensuring that the connected pipelines are supported by separate brackets, thus not imposing weight on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, you are ready to conduct the compressor operation test without delay.
3.3.8 Ensure that the electric control cabinet for the compressor is strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. For seamless connectivity, use threading pipes to route the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet underground. After skillfully placing the electric control cabinet, proceed to connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring optimal performance.
