3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve flawless level adjustment.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring they are meticulously leveled. Once leveled, conduct a 4 to 5 point spot weld to secure the irons.
Craft these wedge irons based on precise user requirements, ensuring the contact surface is perfectly finished for optimum inclined plane contact.
The bearing capacity must not surpass an impressive 40Kg/cm2.)
3.3.2 Employ a high-precision level to attain immaculate levelness. The axial level of the unit must be an exceptional 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be a precise 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve the perfect coupling center alignment. Prior to any alignment, confirm the following essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is entirely turned off to avoid any mishaps.
2) Safely remove the coupling shield to access the necessary components.
3) Carefully take out the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for thorough examination.
4) Assess the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's free of unwanted debris or attachments.
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole allows for bolt adjustment by being larger than the bolt size.
6) Prepare a wealth of stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are smooth and free from contaminants. Avoid using elongated thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment tool with exquisite 0.01mm accuracy, as procured by the customer.
8) Arrange a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying illustration.
9) Employ the motor hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, monitoring the compressor wheel hub's perimeter.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle's maximum deviation should be a remarkable 0.05mm, maintaining the motor shaft center's superior positioning.
11) Conclusively tighten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for impeccable accuracy.;
12) Post motor idling tests, reaffix the coupling intermediate section for harmonious operation.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of levelness and alignment, ensure anchor bolts are firmly tightened. Following mechanical operation or trial, slightly release and retighten for steadfast stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands absolute cleanliness to avoid irreversible damage. Verify that all compressor-connected pipelines adhere to stringent steam corrosion grade standards.Install solid-liquid separation systems like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees prior to the compressor inlet for pristine pipeline conditions.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Utilize the PI diagram to equip them with essential pipeline accessories, and ensure proper support structures are in place to relieve the compressor of undue weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment have been meticulously installed, and the concrete foundation has reached full solidification, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This marks a crucial step in ensuring that your compressor is functioning optimally and efficiently.
3.3.8 For seamless integration and optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the Powerful Steam Compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Wiring should be meticulously connected through underground threading pipes, ensuring a clean and efficient installation. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within it to the remote DCS lines, setting the stage for a streamlined and responsive operational experience.
