3.3.1 Position the compressor base integrally upon the foundation and place wedge-shaped shims beneath to ensure a perfectly leveled unit. These shims allow for precise adjustment and are critical for optimal alignment.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with absolute precision. Before aligning, ensure the following preparatory steps are fulfilled:
1) Ensure the primary power supply is completely switched off to guarantee safety;

8) Secure a bracket for the dial indicator, as depicted in the diagram below, for optimal support;
9) Employ the motor hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe accurately on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines meticulously. The outer circle's deviation must not exceed 0.05mm, while the coupling's end face should remain between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and reevaluate the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for assurance.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test to ensure seamless operation.
3.3.4 Once alignment and 'levelness' adjustments are confirmed, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After initial mechanical operation or trial runs, loosening and retightening may be necessary to ensure optimal performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, is sensitive to any intrusive solid or liquid which may cause irreversible damage. Thus, maintaining clean and system-compliant inlet and outlet pipelines is imperative. Pipelines falling short of standards must be rectified immediately to prevent complications.For added safety, consider integrating solid-liquid separation apparatus, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Execute the precise installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram meticulously for conduit accessories. Ensure pipelines connected to the compressor have independent support brackets to avoid undue strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its ancillary equipment is seamlessly installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, it is time to smoothly transition into the compressor operation test. This ensures optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Secure and efficient wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet should be meticulously installed using threaded pipes, which must be carefully routed underground for protection. Once the electric control cabinet is expertly positioned, connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) for seamless integration and superior operational efficiency.
