This process increases both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, which is then cycled back to the evaporator. Here, it heats the materials once more, enabling further evaporation and thereby facilitating the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization contained within the secondary steam. This innovative use of MVR technology supports sustainable operations and contributes to energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims to achieve the perfect level for the unit. Carefully position these wedges alternately under the base.
Once your unit is perfectly leveled, ensure stability by spot welding the shims at 4 to 5 points. This step ensures the secure installation of your compressor.
The user should customize and install the wedges based on specific operational conditions, ensuring a finished contact surface with even distribution across the inclined plane.
Note: The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Achieving precise leveling is crucial. Use a level to measure: the axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level needs to be 0.10/1000mm.
Maintain these precision levels to ensure optimal function and longevity of your equipment.

3.3.3 Centering of the coupling is essential. Before you start, ensure the following preparatory steps are complete:
1) Ensure the main power supply is turned off for safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris and foreign objects.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts to allow for easy adjustments of the motor position.
6) Have an ample supply of flat stainless steel gaskets ready to secure the motor feet without any debris. Avoid using long, thin gaskets that may misalign the motor.
7) Utilize precision tools such as a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which must be provided by the customer.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.

9) The motor's hub mounting bracket is crucial for accurate measurements, allowing you to place a dial indicator probe precisely on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By finely adjusting the motor's foot bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines optimally, ensuring the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm. Remember, the motor shaft center line should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line with a coupling end face measurement between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, and recheck the alignment for both outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Once satisfied with the alignment, reinstall the diaphragm coupling intermediate section after a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 After perfecting the "levelness" and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts securely. Post-mechanical operation, or during trial runs, ensure you loosen and retighten them to guarantee stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed component, and any foreign solid or liquid can cause severe damage. Ensure the connected pipelines are pristine and meet the steam corrosion grade requirements of your system. Rectify any pipelines not meeting these standards.
Consider adding solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 When installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, follow the PI diagram for relevant pipeline accessories. Support these pipelines with a separate bracket, ensuring no weight is borne by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved complete solidity, it's time to embark on the exciting operation test of the compressor. This critical phase ensures all components are working harmoniously, paving the way for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For seamless integration and superior functionality, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. To ensure a neat and efficient setup, the wiring must be carefully threaded through pipes and routed underground. Once the control cabinet is securely in place, it's essential to adeptly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, establishing a robust network for unparalleled control and precision.
