3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally positioned on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, essential for achieving perfect level alignment of the unit. Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern; post-leveling, tactically spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 distinct points. The manufacturing and installation of the wedge must be customized by the user, based on real-time conditions. 3.3.3 Center the coupling with utmost care. Before embarking on alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Dismantle the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly inspect the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is devoid of any foreign objects, dirt, or attachments;

7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which the customer should independently arrange;
8) Prepare a robust bracket for supporting the dial indicator as depicted in the diagram below;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge and position the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By meticulously adjusting the surrounding adjustment bolts on the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. The outer circle's maximum deviation should not surpass 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain the coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm;
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then reassess the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;;
12) Following the motor's idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of both the "levelness" and alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After initial mechanical operation or trial run, slightly loosen the bolts and retighten them to ensure stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating marvel, and the ingress of any solid or liquid into it can inflict irreversible damage on the compressor. It is crucial to maintain cleanliness and adhere to the steam corrosion grade requirements of the connected inlet and outlet pipelines. Pipelines failing these standards must be promptly rectified. 3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that all import and export pipelines are equipped with appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline connecting to the compressor requires independent support from an external bracket, avoiding any load on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete base has achieved complete solidity, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is meticulously managed through threading pipes that are safely routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is accurately positioned, ensure that the wiring terminals within it are expertly connected to the lines at the remote DCS, thus guaranteeing a seamless integration and outstanding performance for the Adjustable Steam Compressor with Guide Vane for Sugar Liquid Concentration.
