At the core of its operation, MVR employs a sophisticated process where the secondary steam produced by the evaporator is meticulously compressed using a high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This compressor skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heightened thermal properties of this steam are then looped back to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and catalyzing further evaporation. 3.3.1 Begin your installation journey by strategically placing the compressor base directly onto the foundation. Enhance stability by positioning wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to expertly align the unit.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons to achieve level perfection, then ensure security by spot welding these irons at 4~5 specific points. Customize each wedge, as its design and installation must adapt to the specific conditions at hand.
Ensure the contact surface of your wedges is flawlessly finished for even surface contact. This meticulous attention ensures the inclined plane's integrity and a reliable bearing capacity.
The load capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm.2).
3.3.2 Achieve precision leveling with a professional-grade level. Adhere to these exacting standards: the axial level of the unit should be maintained at 0.05/1000mm.
The horizontal level must be meticulously kept to 0.10/1000mm, ensuring peak performance and durability.
3.3.3 The art of centering the coupling is crucial. Prior to alignment, ensure these vital prerequisites are met:
1) Secure the area by turning off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the interior workings;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate alignment;
4) Examine the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, and any obstructive attachments;
5) Ensure that the motor bolt hole is ample enough compared to the bolt size, allowing for smooth bolt loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Prepare an adequate number of pristine stainless steel gaskets to secure the motor's footing. These gaskets must remain untainted and sufficiently flat—avoid using overly long or thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, procured by the customer, to ensure exact alignment;
8) Secure the dial indicator on a sturdy bracket, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precise placement of the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe along the compressor's wheel hub outer edge;
10) Achieve alignment perfection by adjusting the motor feet's adjustment bolts. This aligns the compressor and motor center lines as close as possible, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of just 0.05mm. Remember, the motor shaft center line should sit slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face tolerance of 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for absolute precision.;
12) Conclude with the reinstallation of the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test, ensuring smooth operation.
3.3.4 Secure the assembly by tightening the anchor bolts post-alignment. Upon initial mechanical operation or trial, release and retighten bolts to maintain integrity.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, protect it from irreversible damage by preventing any solid or liquid entry. Guarantee the cleanliness and compliance of inlet and outlet pipelines with the system's steam corrosion grade. For pipelines not meeting these standards, immediate rectification is required, supplemented by installing solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring these pipelines are equipped with necessary accessories as detailed in the PI diagram. The compressor's support should not bear the weight of these pipelines, which should rest on independent brackets.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all ancillary components are installed, and post-complete concrete solidification, initiate the compressor operation test to confirm flawless performance.
