The foundational tenet of this technology is in the adept compression of secondary steam by a highly-efficient steam compressor, transmuting electrical power into thermal energy. As this occurs, there is an elevation in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This newly invigorated steam, now at a higher temperature, is sent back to the evaporator. Here, it serves a dual purpose: heating the materials and instigating evaporation. Through this cyclical process, the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam is recycled, culminating in a remarkable reduction of energy waste.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base onto the foundation with utmost precision. To achieve perfect leveling, place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base. These shims are expertly designed to adjust and level the unit seamlessly.
Alternate between two wedge-shaped irons for optimal balance. Once the unit is flawlessly leveled, securely spot weld these wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring durability and stability.
The user is responsible for the manufacture and installation of the wedges, tailored to the specific requirements of the site. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for perfectly even contact of the inclined planes.

3.3.2 Utilize a level to achieve impeccable accuracy. The unit's axial level must adhere to a precise standard of 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should maintain a flawless 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensuring the coupling is perfectly centered is vital. Prior to beginning the alignment process, verify that the following essential steps have been completed:
1) Ensure that the main power supply is completely turned off for safety;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring it is free from any unwanted debris or attachments that could hinder performance;
5) The motor bolt holes should always be larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for precise adjustments by loosening the bolts when necessary;
6) Ensure you have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets that are completely clean and perfectly flat. Avoid using any long or thin gaskets between the motor and the base to ensure optimal adjustment;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter, both featuring an accuracy of up to 0.01mm, to achieve the finest alignment possible. Customers are encouraged to source these tools independently;
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying figure, ensuring the utmost stability;

9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket specifically for mounting a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge. The dial indicator probe should be strategically placed on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub for optimal results;
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to ensure that the compressor and motor center lines are in perfect alignment. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated over the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should measure between 0.03 and 0.05mm;

11) Once alignment is achieved, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts. Carefully review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to ensure flawless operation;
12) Conclude by meticulously installing the coupling intermediate section after a successful motor idling test to confirm optimal performance.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, secure the anchor bolts tightly. After the initial mechanical operation or trial run, it's advised to loosen these bolts and then tighten them once more to ensure continued stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation is a delicate operation. Any solid or liquid intrusion can cause severe, irreversible damage to the compressor. Thus, it is crucial to maintain inlet and outlet pipelines that are impeccably clean and adhere to the system's stringent steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectifications are necessary for pipelines that fall short. Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.

3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision, incorporating relevant pipeline accessories as specified in the PI diagram. To prevent undue stress on the compressor body, ensure that the pipeline attached to the compressor is supported by an independent bracket.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been precisely installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, it's time to initiate the dynamic compressor operation test. This phase ensures the seamless performance and reliability of your setup, paving the way for optimal outcomes.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within an ideal 5-meter range of the compressor. Utilize threading pipe for the wiring, ensuring it is discreetly channeled underground to maintain aesthetics and safety. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly situated, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a streamlined and efficient operational network.
