The core principle revolves around compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator, utilizing a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process masterfully converts electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, the rise in pressure and temperature of the secondary steam occurs, which is then reintroduced to the evaporator. This cycle heats materials, triggering evaporation, and thereby facilitates the perpetual recycling of the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Position the compressor base securely onto its foundation, ensuring it's perfectly level with the aid of wedge-shaped shims. These shims are instrumental in achieving precision alignment and are to be spot-welded meticulously at 4 to 5 strategic points once leveling is complete.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons to guarantee optimal stability and alignment. Post-leveling, these irons should be spot welded with precision at 4 to 5 points to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the setup.
Manufacture the wedge according to the specific requirements of your installation environment. Ensure that the contact surfaces are flawlessly finished to provide even contact across the inclined planes, ensuring optimal stability and support.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity is crucial—ensure it doesn't surpass 40Kg/cm² to maintain safety and performance standards.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ensure absolute levelness of the unit. The stringent leveling criteria demand an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.
The meticulous leveling standards are set at an axial precision of 0.05 per 1000mm and a horizontal precision of 0.10 per 1000mm, which are vital for the seamless operation of the unit.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling centering—before kickoff, ensure these prerequisites are met:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off to create a safe working environment;
2) Remove the coupling shield carefully to access the components without any hindrance;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to facilitate smooth alignment operations;
4) Verify that the motor installation surface is impeccably clean and devoid of any debris or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolts, allowing flexibility for adjustments and ensuring precision alignment;
6) Stock up on stainless steel gaskets to accurately cover the motor foot. These gaskets must be pristine, flat, and devoid of any attachments. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments to prevent instability;
7) Equip yourself with a precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, as a crucial alignment tool;
8) Set up a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram, to ensure stability during measurements;

9) Utilize a specialized motor wheel hub mounting bracket to precisely position the dial indicator on the hub edge, ensuring accurate alignment through meticulous probe placement on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Execute fine-tuning using the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, aligning the motor and compressor center lines impeccably. The deviation must be restricted to a maximum of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face alignment within 0.03~0.05mm for optimal performance;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and diligently review the coupling's outer circle and end face runout to ensure flawless operation;;
12) Conclude the alignment process by installing the coupling intermediate section post a successful motor idling test to confirm stability.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the system's 'levelness' and alignment, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Re-evaluate and retighten after the trial mechanical operation to ensure robust stability and performance.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed component, and the entry of any solids or liquids can inflict irreparable harm. Thus, it's imperative to maintain pristine cleanliness of the inlet and outlet pipelines, conforming to the stringent steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must undergo necessary rectification.
We recommend installing solid-liquid separation apparatus—such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees—preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe to safeguard against potential damage.
3.3.6 Correct installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes is vital. These pipelines should be fitted with appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram, ensuring that the compressor body isn't burdened by the pipeline's weight, which must be supported independently.
3.3.7 Once the main fan alongside its complementary equipment has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached complete solidity, the pathway is clear to commence the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures that all components are functioning harmoniously, setting the stage for optimum performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor is strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. This setup, coupled with a meticulously planned underground threading pipe connection, ensures seamless wiring from the compressor to the cabinet. Once the electric control cabinet is securely stationed, effortlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the distant DCS, ensuring a robust and reliable connection for optimal operation.
