This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The increased temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it heats the materials to generate evaporation, thereby ensuring the effective recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by precisely positioning the robust compressor base upon the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims strategically below the base to meticulously adjust the unit’s level.
Alternate the wedge-shaped irons meticulously. Once the unit is perfectly level, diligently spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges are
to be crafted and precisely fitted by the user, tailored to the specific situation. Ensure that the contact surface is finely finished, facilitating even contact of the inclined
plane. Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Employ a reliable level to achieve impeccable precision. The unit's leveling should meet these standards: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, and an exceptional horizontal
level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Meticulously center the coupling. Prior to starting the alignment, ensure these vital conditions are fulfilled:
1) Secure the main power supply by switching it off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane’s flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign objects, dirt, and any attachments;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolt size, allowing freedom to loosen bolts and adjust the motor precisely;
6) Ensure ample stainless steel gaskets are prepared to perfectly cover the motor's footing. These gaskets must be clean, flat, and robust. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustment insertion between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a remarkable accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be arranged by the customer;
8) Adequately prepare a bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for placing the dial indicator on the wheel hub's periphery, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub’s outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines precisely. The maximum deviation for the outer circle should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face deviation should be finely tuned to 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Fasten the motor foot bolts securely, thoroughly reviewing the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout;
12) After a successful idling test of the motor, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Upon achieving ideal 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. Following a mechanical operation or trial run, release and re-tighten the bolts for optimum security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must be shielded from any solid or liquid intrusion, as it may inflict irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure that connected inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculate, adhering to the stringent steam corrosion standards of the system. Any pipeline failing to meet these rigorous conditions must be promptly rectified. It is
strongly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet’s straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to meticulously install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are equipped with necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline attached to the compressor must be independently supported by an external bracket, leaving no weight to be borne by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supplementary equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation has fully set and solidified, you can proceed confidently with the compressor operation test. This critical step ensures that everything is in optimal working condition, offering peace of mind and reliability for your operations.
3.3.8 Position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Employ a threading pipe to neatly and securely connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring the pathway runs discreetly underground. Once the electric control cabinet is strategically positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals inside it to the remote DCS lines, guaranteeing seamless integration and communication within your system.
