The fundamental principle involves compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a high energy efficiency steam compressor. This innovative process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature and pressure enable the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and fosters the generation of evaporation, thus brilliantly recycling the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam.
The DML series Low Temperature Rise Steam Compressor is a sophisticated piece of engineering, primarily consisting of several crucial components: a compressor body featuring the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. It also includes a coupling, motor, and an array of electric instruments. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise level adjustments.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is level, spot-weld them at 4 to 5 points, ensuring stability.
These wedges should be user-manufactured based on specific needs, ensuring a uniform contact surface for optimal support.
The inclined plane must exhibit even contact, and the wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Utilize a level to ascertain exact measurements. The axial level tolerance: 0.05/1000mm, and horizontal level tolerance: 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these stringent leveling standards are met for peak performance.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment of the coupling with these preliminary steps:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness, removing any debris or unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size for easy adjustment;
6) Amass sufficient stainless steel gaskets to secure the motor foot, ensuring flatness and debris-free surfaces. Avoid using extended or slender gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment device (accuracy: 0.01mm), which should be customer-supplied;
8) Ready the bracket for dial indicator support as illustrated below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub bracket for dial indicator installation, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust bolts around the motor feet to align compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm for the coupling end face.

11) Secure motor foot bolts and verify the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post alignment, firmly tighten anchor bolts. After trial operation, loosen and re-tighten for ensured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands a clean environment. Solid or liquid intrusion leads to compressor damage. Ensure associated pipelines are immaculate and corrosion-resistant.
3.3.6 Attach compressor inlet and outlet pipes with relevant accessories per PI diagram. Support associated pipelines with brackets, avoiding compressor body weight bearing.
